"I will give them 3 stars starting off they were fine and the price was awesome. However when I purchased my second vehicle I found out that they listed so many people as drivers on my policy who have never lived with me which was upsetting because no documents were sent to me to investigate they just added them. My bill went up to over $500 which was 3 time the amount I was paying. When I called the office the female representative who is another big reason I’m leave with the thick accent she was so rude, she could not answer my questions and was unable to tell me why all these people were added to my policy. I know it had to be an office staff that requested it. That day I knew I was leaving. When I look for insurance I like things to be smooth I barely bother anyone, I pay my bill and keep it moving."
