My name is Tom Deladvitch and I would like to thank you for visiting my State Farm Insurance Agency digital site. Our insurance agency offers State Farm Insurance & Financial products to the residents of Delaware and future residents of Delaware.

I have been working in the insurance industry for the past 40 years. I believe you will not find another company similar to State Farm or one who cares more for its customers.

I started my insurance agency in Dover, Delaware on August 1, 2005. Since opening, our primary focus has been on creating an Outstanding Customer Experience for each and every one of our new and existing policyholders. My team and I make it our priority that we listen, are informative, and offer suggestions that might meet our customers’ needs. Dione has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She came to work for Tom Deladvitch 6 years ago as a team member, and has worked her way up to office mananger. She is an active member of the community who participates in several community choirs, and also sits on the board of a charity to assist people after they have experienced a housefire. Dione is married with a teenage daughter, and enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dogs to the park.

Joe is our State Farm Agency Customer Relations Representative and Media Manager. In 2016 he started working part-time in our agency while attending the University of Delaware in their sciences program. Joe began working full-time in the agency in 2023 after completing his property & casualty insurance licensing. Currently he is studding for his life and health license and plans on passing his upcoming exam in July. Joe enjoys meeting with existing and new policyholders to discuss ways to get more bang for their insurance dollars. Joe is a third generation insurance agent and take pride in keeping the legacy alive. Joe spends his down time photographing vehicles and writing articles for Ford Performance. To date he has had several photos and articles published. Joe is an active member of the First State Mustang and Ford Club. From his first 2014 GT500 to his current 2022 Mach 1; Joe is a true enthusiast when it comes to his passion. He has attended several car shows throughout Michigan, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. Joe's experience has grown exponentially since joining the agency and has helped him greatly as he furthers his career with State Farm Insurance

She quickly got licensed to be able to assist State Farm customers in their auto and homeowners insurance needs and is now studying for her life and health insurance license. She was born in Istanbul in 1995. She is married and likes to listen to music, read magazines, walk, and ride her bike. She enjoys spending time with her family. She currently has a dog. Her biggest goal is to have a successful FUTURE.
