Originally from New York, she gained her initial experience working in new policies, service, and underwriting before joining the Thomas M Deladvitch agency in 2018. With her extensive experience and knowledge, Dione takes pride in leading the office by example, providing quality customer service and cost-effective insurance options as office manager. Her strongest passion lies deep in helping her customers with a genuine commitment to each individual policy holder’s well-being and financial security.
With her insurance career supported by her husband, teenage daughter and fur-babies at home, Dione is proud to be able to offer Trupanion Pet Products to her customers. She also sits on the board of Choose Joy Foundation; a charity that aids families with basic needs after the devastating experience of a house fire. Dione’s social engagement does not stop there, as she is a member of various choirs in her free time. Joe Deladvitch is the 3rd generation to follow in the footsteps of his family by making a successful career in the insurance industry as one of the licensed agents, as well as Assistant Office Manager.
While continuing the Deladvitch legacy, Joe takes the time to genuinely get to know each customer and provides eclectic insurance coverage with dedication and accuracy. With a passion for automobiles, Joe has become the quick and reliable go-to agent for auto quotes.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in medical science/physical therapy from the University of Delaware in 2020. Joe worked part time in the agency in 2016, quickly learning how essential the insurance industry is to everyday life. Designed to care about the customers and their well-being, similar characteristics shine through Joe as a licensed agent in Property and Casualty, Life and Health. In his free time, he enjoys showing his own Mustang at multiple club car shows, cruises, meet-ups, and national events.

Joining the Thomas M. Deladvitch agency in January 2023, Seda Wiest began her insurance career path. Quickly becoming licensed in Property and Casualty, and later in Life and Health, she excels at providing prompt and reliable customer service. Known for being thorough, fast, and knowledgeable, Seda gets to know each customers different situation, and fulfills all insurance needs by offering comparable coverage options!
With it being possible to learn something new every day, Seda feels that insurance is a never-ending adventure. She strives to deliver outstanding customer service while continuing to grow, learn and navigate the world of insurance. Marissa Stoker
With only 5 months of experience under her belt in the insurance industry, Marissa provides exceptional service to customers as the agency’s Front Desk Receptionist. Marissa started her journey when she joined the office in June 2024 and adds additional value to the agency, aiding her team members with clerical support and quality customer service. Assuming many responsibilities in the agency, she assists with customer calls, office clerical tasks, and scheduling of appointments. Marissa is the first smiling face seen upon entering the agency; excelling at addressing billing concerns, as well as hearing customers’ needs and properly directing to the appropriate team member suited for each circumstance.
Outside of the insurance world, Marissa indulges in many artistic pursuits such as illustrating, painting, and crafting. As an artist, she focuses on styles of expressionism and still life realism using oil, pastel, and acrylic on a variety of supports including canvas and print, glass, ceramic, and wood. Aside from her artistic endeavors, she enjoys spending time with her three-year-old son, cat, and dog at home.
Marissa’s passion grows daily as she looks forward to the future of strengthening her knowledge by continuing her insurance education and learning the ins and outs of such an exciting career. Her compassionate nature makes her a valuable part of the agency, as the office team guides Marissa in new learning challenges and endeavors.
